Description
A lovely vintage Reed & Barton sterling silver tray in the Windsor pattern. Rectangular form with a shaped, scalloped border featuring classic molded reed-and-scroll edge detailing at the corners — characteristic of the Windsor pattern's traditional styling. The flat well shows light surface scratching consistent with age and use. Measures 10.5 inches long by 5.55 inches wide by 0.3 inches tall. Marked on the base with the Reed & Barton maker's mark and sterling purity marks. Weighs 265 grams. A versatile piece equally at home on a vanity or dresser, or as a small serving tray for hors d'oeuvres or condiments.
